Becoming a reviewer

Reviewers are the backbone of the journal. If you hold a doctoral degree or have substantial research experience in the journal's subject areas, you are welcome to apply using the "Apply as a Reviewer" link.

What reviewers do

• Evaluate originality, methodology, results and clarity
• Provide constructive comments to authors and confidential comments to the editor
• Recommend accept, minor revision, major revision or reject
• Respect confidentiality and declare any conflict of interest

Approved reviewers receive an account and can see only the manuscripts assigned to them.
